Elsie Gibbons’ memory lives on

On March 8th, International Women’s Day, the Fédération québecoise des municipalités (FQM) announced the creation of the Elsie Gibbons award, to recognize the important work that women are doing in municipal politics, as well as to encourage more women to get involved.
