Lyse Lacourse was diagnosed with Acute Leukemia one year ago. After losing her hair from cancer treatments, Lyse and her granddaughter have been growing their hair at the same rate.

April is Daffodil Month for the Canadian Cancer Society, one of the most important times for cancer fundraising. As such, one of our social notes contributors, Lyse Lacourse, shares her experience fighting acute leukemia for the last year. April 4 marks one year since her diagnosis.
