Students schooled on farms in the Pontiac


A group of high school students from Gatineau spent the day touring around farms in the Pontiac. The students were taking part in their school’s international program, which aims to get students out of their comfort zone.

A group of high school students from Hull got a lesson in agriculture from a few Pontiac farmers on Nov. 4.
The students from École secondaire de l’Île started their day at Rolling Acres farm, then headed to Mountainview Turf, with a final stop at Jolly Egg Farm.
