Well, it appears the great flood of ’17 has hit its high point and river levels should soon begin to recede.
Over the past week, unprecedented levels of water caused by snowmelt and heavy rain have resulted in massive amounts of destruction in the Pontiac and across eastern Ontario and Quebec. In this province alone, over 2,500 people have been displaced in over 150 municipalities.
