Though most of the elves are already busy prepping for the big night, the jolly man himself made an early appearance in Quyon for Onslow Elementary School’s 10th annual Christmas Craft Show.
With over 40 vendors on display, the Saturday show saw huge amounts of continued support from the community as the parking lot overflowed with cars and Onslow’s Home and School Committee quickly ran out of the hot lunch sold every year.
Committee president Stacy Johnston said that since the school has afforded and installed the new playground, which was the previous recipient of the show’s fundraising efforts, this year’s will benefit the teachers’ wish list and trips for the students.
