The Sûreté du Québec is appealing to the public for help identifying two suspects in connection with a vehicle theft at the Shawville Ford dealership on August 3.
According to police, at approximately 6:30 p.m., two suspects arrived on foot at the store – located on Route 148 in Shawville. Soon after arriving, the suspects entered a black 2022 F250 Ford King Ranch truck.
“After entering the vehicle for the first time, the two returned a few moments later and returned to the vehicle and left the scene on Route 148 southbound,” an SQ press releases, translated in English, reads.
Both suspects were thought to have been dropped off near the storefront by a male in his 20s who was possibly driving a white Mitsubishi SUV.
Those with information on the identities of the suspects are asked to contact the Sûreté du Québec’s Centrale de l’information criminelle at 1-800-659-4264.
