Shawville: Lyse Lacourse

Our condolences to the Lafleur family on the loss of Rheal at the age of 71 on April 17, 2020. Rheal was the husband of Donna. Rheal was the father of Adèle (Randy) and Patrick (Melisa). He was the grandfather of Brock (Kelley), Derian (Erin), Cynthia and Maya. He was the brother of Maureen (Barry), Donald (Caroline), Denis (Janet) and Leonard (Linda).
Our deepest condolences to the Greer and Stafford families on the loss of Oswald on April 20, 2020. Oswald was the husband of Dorothy. He was the father of Tammy (Stephen Jacobs), Robyn and Cindy (Andrew Lowry). Ozzie was the grandfather of Lindsay (Trevor), Brad (Kelsey), Ross (Samantha), Sydney and Jana. He was the brother of Paul (Eleanor), Joseph (Viola), Maurice (Sharron), Francis (Helen) and Marcella (Harold).
Our sympathies to the Greer and Trudeau families on the loss of Thomas on April 20, 2020 at the age of 77. He was the husband of Cheslyne. Thomas was the father of Dawn (Robert), Kevin and Lisa (Ronald). He was the brother of Viola (Jason) and Billy (Helen). He was the grandfather of Nick, Chris (Shelby), Morgan (Kayla), Kaylie, Tom and Cally.
Our thoughts and prayers for the Ballard family on the loss of Reverend Leonard Ballard at the age of 78 on April 21, 2020. He was the husband of Madeline. Rev. Ballard was the father of Dwight (Tammy) and Daphne. He was the grandfather of Ashley, Holli, Shane, Teagan, Shay and Wyatt. He was the brother of Mae, Thelma (Al), James, Nancy (David), Eloise, Sandra (Slim) and Terry.
Sylvain Brunet who passed away recently was the son of Godfrey Brunet and Myrtle Benoit.
Our thoughts and prayers for the Desabrais and Proulx families on the loss of Wendy on April 24, 2020. Wendy was the wife of Gilles. She was the mother of Gabriel and Jacob. Wendy was the daughter of Edward and Joan Desabrais. She was the sister of Heather (Barry) Teevens and Jim (Melissa) Desabrais. Wendy was the daughter-in-law of Lise and Bob Proulx.
The Nova Scotia Strong television program in honour of the 22 victims was a powerful evening of prayer, music and speeches.

Mental and physical health are very important during this pandemic. There are many sites and streaming that you can do exercise and mental health online.
The Municipality of Clarendon and Shawville brush dump is open now on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Everyone in Canada is encouraged to stay strong and sing O Canada on Sundays at 12:00 p.m.
