I hope everyone enjoyed the last long weekend of the summer. I cannot believe that it is September already. Where has the summer gone?
On Friday evening, we took in the Shawville Fair. We enjoyed the food, the bisque’s, the horse competitions and the entertainment. We even took a ride on the ferris wheel. It was nice meeting and chatting with Connie Gray and her daughter Leanne.
Warm birthday wishes are extended to Mary Pilon, of Pembroke, Ont. who is celebrating her birthday on Sept. 7. We hope that you have a lovely day.
