Social Notes

Ladysmith Lillian Pasch

Our sympathy to the family and friends of Gordon Fierobin who passed away last Saturday at 90 years. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
The Ladysmith Flea Market has closed for the season. It was another successful year with everyone happy with their sales.
This coming Sunday St. John’s Lutheran Church is having their memorial service and supper. This is always a time to place flowers on graves of loved ones and also to visit with friends and relatives we haven’t seen in a while.

August 28 is the day that I hopefully will be having my hip replacement. Maybe I will be able to do the social notes for next week before I leave.
Happy birthday to Judy Stephens on Aug. 24, to Shelby Chevrier on Aug. 23, to Heather Richardson on Aug. 24, to Randi-Lee Chevrier on Aug. 26 and to Keysha Tubman on Aug. 29.
Happy anniversary to Janis and Ed Pulley on Aug. 24 and to Donna and Brian Zimmerling on Aug. 25.
My sister, Beulah Grife is spending this week with us and will probably be here until Friday.
Last week there were three coyotes seen near Ladysmith. I guess there are a lot around. Some people in Ladysmith hear them barking.
