Sweet, sweet stamps: Pontiac residents ideas needed

It’s the time of year when many families spend a day off doing a quintessentially Canadian activity – visiting a sugar bush.
Maple syrup holds such a prominent place in our country that its seems there is a story each year about a multi-million dollar maple syrup heist. Not only is maple syrup delicious, apparently it’s pretty lucrative to sell.
Going into the bush and sampling some sweet, fresh maple syrup is a rite of passage for many Canadians.
Which is why Pontiac MP Will Amos is so surprised that Canada has never had a maple syrup-themed stamp.
